One of Solomon Islands largest women’s savings club, the West ‘Are’Are Rokotanikeni Association (WARA), launched a manual on 21 April 2021. This manual explains how to start a Savings Club. You can download it here for free.

This study was commissioned in 2019 and provides information about savings clubs in the Solomon Islands and compares three different models that are used. It also provides a list of recommendations about savings clubs for future guidance.

Our Cooking With Cocoa cook book explains how to make Roasted Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Nibs, Cocoa Skins and Untempered Chocolate that can be made at home, to eat, share or sell. It also gives 10 recipes that use these products to make delicious drinks, snacks and meals out of Solomon Islands cocoa beans. This cook book aims to support the value-added processing of cocoa, at the household level.

Strongim Bisnis—in partnership with the Solomon Islands Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Tourism Solomons—has developed two new tourism trails in the Sololom Islands. The tourism trails combine tourist sites and accommodation together to support tourism operators to develop their products and services. This report was officially launched on 24 September 2019.

Strongim Bisnis commissioned a study into Savings Clubs in the Solomon Islands and factors that contribute to their sustainability. It presented these draft findings in a workshop at the Central Bank of the Solomon Islands on 20 August 2019. View the presentation given at this workshop.
