Our Cooking With Cocoa cook book explains how to make Roasted Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Nibs, Cocoa Skins and Untempered Chocolate that can be made at home, to eat, share or sell. It also gives 10 recipes that use these products to make delicious drinks, snacks and meals out of Solomon Islands cocoa beans. This cook book aims to support the value-added processing of cocoa, at the household level.

Strongim Bisnis—in partnership with the Solomon Islands Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Tourism Solomons—has developed two new tourism trails in the Sololom Islands. The tourism trails combine tourist sites and accommodation together to support tourism operators to develop their products and services. This report was officially launched on 24 September 2019.
